Martin Haab submitted interpellation 26.4311, entitled «DigiFlux- Hoduflu, das Desaster stoppen» (original title in German), on 29 September 2026.

(Translation: The replacement of Hoduflu by digiFLUX took place in early September 2026, after repeated postponements, even though central functions and data migration were not reliably ensured. This impairs the timely and correct recording of farm and recycled fertiliser transfers. It causes considerable administrative burden and creates uncertainty for farms, contracting businesses, and suppliers and recipients.)

According to the motion, Hoduflu can now only be accessed as a reference tool and no longer allows new reports. Existing reports and data of an affected operation are reportedly still not visible there and, according to information from the field, have not been migrated.

According to the motion, the interpellant asks the Federal Council, among other things, whether it intends to return to the proven Hoduflu system and introduce digiFLUX only once definitive legal bases are available, and how it assesses the administration's communication.
