Over the summer, two procurement contracts awarded by armasuisse came under criticism: one over applesauce worth 670'000 CHF imported from Italy, and the other over field meals from Estonia worth 18.5 Mio CHF. - According to which criteria were the two contracts awarded? - How are these criteria prioritised in the evaluation? - To what extent are the regional origin and sustainability of the products taken into account in the evaluation?
