Further development of the West-East Axis; review of the Basel–Winterthur Rhine Valley Line
Is the Federal Council prepared, as part of the STEP target vision and the preparatory work for the 2031 dispatch, to examine the Basel–Winterthur Rhine Valley Line, including the reactivation of passenger services between Laufenburg and Koblenz, as part of the long-term development of the West-East Axis, and also to investigate its potential to relieve the Zurich–Basel corridor?
