26.7620: Finally disclose the F-35 evaluation criteria
There is a suspicion that the criteria for the fighter aircraft evaluation were deliberately geared towards the procurement of the F-35. The Federal Supreme Court has ruled that there is no special provision that would justify keeping the criteria confidential.
