26.7715 – Art. 74 IVIA – Implement SFAO recommendations
Because of the delayed order of priorities, the FSIO intends to shorten the contractual period under Art. 74 IVIA to 2 years (2028-2029 instead of 2029-2031). This would require 45 contracts and 449 subcontracts to be negotiated twice and the specialist concepts to be revised. Why is the current period not being extended in order to implement the SFAO recommendations [1] with organisations of persons with disabilities and the cantons?
