Federal Council adopts dispatch on transferring RUAG MRO into a special statutory public limited company
The law now provides for a subsidiary right of the Federal Council to issue instructions to the Board of Directors. In an exceptional individual case, the Federal Council may issue instructions if this should be necessary to safeguard national security interests. The authority to issue instructions is intended exclusively as an instrument for special situations and complements ordinary governance through the strategic objectives.
