Business 26.7737: Efficiently implement market prices for PV systems
From 2027, remuneration for renewable electricity fed into the grid will be based on the day-ahead spot market price (Art. 15 EnG, Art. 12 EnV). However, the EPEX Spot prices that are decisive for this purpose may not be used commercially without a licence. How does the Federal Council ensure that producers and grid operators can easily obtain and use the market price that is legally decisive free of charge?
