Article 40(5) of the Sports Promotion Ordinance authorises the FOPH to run programmes and projects to promote physical activity for the prevention of non-communicable diseases. Is a change to this responsibility planned as part of the 2040 strategy? If so, which task is to be assigned in future to which federal office?
