Business 26.4148: Permissible maximum temperatures in day-care centres, school care facilities and classrooms
The Confederation, together with the cantons, is to establish legal foundations for binding maximum temperatures in day-care centres, school care facilities and classrooms up to and including upper-secondary level. An upper limit to protect health is to be set for regular teaching and for the use of indoor spaces in day-care centres and school care facilities.
