Federal Supreme Court rejects analogous application of IV table adjustments in accident insurance

According to the Federal Supreme Court, Articles 26 and 26bis paragraph 3 first sentence IVV are not applicable by analogy to accident insurance.

Decision

In the case at hand, Suva's comparison of incomes is to be confirmed; no invalidity pension is awarded.

The Federal Supreme Court sets aside the cantonal judgment and confirms Suva's decision on opposition of 11 June 2025.
