26.7766 – Nagorno-Karabakh: Has the FDFA contacted the representatives of the people?
In its response to Interpellation 26.3881, the Federal Council states that it is not decisive for good offices whether state or non-state actors are involved. Motion 24.4259 calls for a dialogue between Azerbaijan and representatives of the Nagorno-Karabakh Armenians. Has the FDFA contacted such representatives and offered them Switzerland’s good offices? If so, when and with what result; if not, why not?
