The Federal Supreme Court dismissed the appeal.

Decision

The Federal Supreme Court dismissed the appeal. According to the judgment, the delayed reimbursement of 2'125.65 francs for nearly three months breached the lawyer's duty of care under Art. 12(a) of the Federal Act on the Free Movement of Lawyers.
