Federal Supreme Court denies entitlement to a disability pension after an accident
Art. 26 and Art. 26bis para. 3 first sentence OAI do not apply by analogy in accident insurance to the correction of comparative incomes determined using ESS tables. The Federal Supreme Court confirms the comparison of incomes; there is therefore no entitlement to a disability pension.
