International climate finance – what is Switzerland’s fair share

At COP31, implementation of the 300 billion climate-finance goal will be discussed. How will Switzerland show at COP what fair share it will contribute? With what additional funds? What does it have to offer in order to obtain commitments from the other countries to roadmaps for phasing out fossil fuels?
