Sanctions: Ordinance on Measures against Certain Persons, Groups, Companies and Entities Associated with ISIL (Da'esh) and Al-Qaida Organisations

The competent UN Sanctions Committee amended the list of sanctioned natural persons, companies and organisations.

The SESAM database was updated accordingly.

On 4 March 2016, the Federal Council adopted the Ordinance on the Automatic Adoption of Sanctions Lists of the United Nations Security Council.

Changes to the sanctions lists of the United Nations Security Council are therefore directly legally binding in Switzerland.
