To ensure that the invoice can in every case be issued in good time for the relevant financial year, debt enforcement offices will in future have to submit their data to the Federal Office of Justice (FOJ) from 30 September. The fees for using eSchKG for October, November and December will initially be estimated and definitively settled with the invoice for the following year. The revised FDJP Ordinance on electronic transmission in debt enforcement will enter into force on 15 September 2026.
