The Federal Department of Economic Affairs, Education and Research EAER has published an amendment to Annex 2 of the Ordinance of 22 June 2005 on Measures against the Democratic Republic of the Congo (SR 946.231.12).

Translation of the original text of the FINMA notification of 21 October 2026

On 19 October 2026, the Federal Department of Economic Affairs, Education and Research EAER amended the list of individuals, companies and organisations. The EAER has therefore updated the SESAM (SECO Sanctions Management) sanctions database applicable to Switzerland, and the update will be published on its website. The amendment enters into force today at 23.00.
